Expelair White Universal Silent Extractor Fan IP55 - 165mm

Stylish, compact and easy to install single speed fan, suitable for a wide range of domestic applications including bathrooms, shower rooms and toilets.

This unit has a softly curved flowline grille design which will blend into wall or ceiling decor, whilst the shallow depth of the outlet spigot ensures compact window installation.

The fan is supplied complete with a universal mounting kit (wall tube, gasket x 2, outer grille) and includes an air operated backdraught shutter suitable for wall, ceiling and window mounting (in single glazing up to 6mm) applications.

Ideal for bathrooms, shower rooms, cloakrooms, toilets, kitchens, offices, or room applications.
Optional Extra Controllers:

Enhance functionality with optional extra controllers like the DT20 Auto Time Delay Controller or XRH Humidity Sensor Controller.
Airflow Performance:

Low speed: 53 m /h, High speed: 74 m /h, making it suitable for areas up to 6 m for 5 air changes/hour (office/room application) or up to 3 m for 10 air changes/hour (bathroom application).
