Refunds, returns, and exchanges
Top Tiles Home And Solar will deliver all deliveries within 3 -10 working days, depending on stock availability and region destined for delivery.
Where delays and out-of-stock situations arise we will make every effort to inform the purchaser.
We accept returns up to 3 days after delivery in Zimbabwe - if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@toptileandhome.co.za with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
Time shall not be of the essence of the contract and delivery dates shall be treated as estimates only. Under no circumstances shall the Buyer be entitled to withdraw from or terminate the contract on account of any delay in delivery or have any claim of any nature whatsoever against the Supplier arising from late delivery.
A signed Delivery Note shall constitute prima facie proof that the Goods have been delivered to and received by the Buyer in good condition, whether signed by the Buyer, an employee, an agent or a representative of the Buyer.
