International Shipping
We offer international shipping only to Zimbabwe, our company is founded with the typical immigrant in mind.
How it works
- Add the desired products to your cart.
- When selection is complete proceed to Checkout.
- Fill out the details form.
- Proceed to Checkout.
- Shipping costs will be included.
- Delivery will be made to your door within 14working days.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.
If you haven’t received your order within 14days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
How long does it take?
Delivery takes anytime between 3 - 10days from the date of payment, the goods have to be processed and cleared before being dispatched. At the border, we are not in control however we have a great team that we have been working with for 10yrs plus that keeps us posted and we in turn communicate with you the progress on a daily.

Top Tiles Home And Solar will deliver all deliveries within 3 -10 working days, depending on stock availability and region.
Where delays and out-of-stock situations arise we will make every effort to inform the purchaser.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 3 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@toptileandhome.co.za with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
A signed Delivery Note shall constitute prima facie proof that the Goods have been delivered to and received by the Buyer in good condition, whether signed by the Buyer, an employee, an agent or a representative of the Buyer.
Time shall not be of the essence of the contract and delivery dates shall be treated as estimates only. Under no circumstances shall the Buyer be entitled to withdraw from or terminate the contract on account of any delay in delivery or have any claim of any nature whatsoever against the Supplier arising from late delivery.
